Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions

Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Head Chef.  

The successful Head Chef will be responsible for; 

Managing the entire kitchen operations
Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods
Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices
Managing stock levels
Support back office functions were needed
Completing admin functions where needed
Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions

Comfortable managing brigades or 10 - 20 members
Superb knife skills and comfortable boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
