A great opportunity for an IBA Manager to bring their experience to an exciting and growing Lloyd's broker and shape the future direction of the IBA function.

The role will have a clear focus on process development, examples of which will include:

• Bringing the frontline credit control processes into the IBA team from producers
• Development and documentation of enhanced IBA and reconciliation processes
• Being a key person in the implementation of a new insurance system
• Management of an IBA legacy project

As IBA Manager the role will carry the full responsibility for the following:

• Production of the client money calculation in accordance with CASS5
• Ensuring the timely collection of premiums
• Management reporting including on aged debts, unallocated cash, funding and bad debts
• Staff management, mentoring and development
• Responsible for delivery of the monthly and year end close
• Assisting directly with complicated client ledger queries
• Involvement in further projects
• Assisting senior management more broadly with finance matters
