We are working with an esteemed Independent Fostering Agency, who are committed to providing exceptional care and support to foster carers and children. They are currently seeking experienced Form F Assessors (Independent Social Workers) to join their dedicated team in the North West area.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough Form F assessments of prospective foster carers.

Compile comprehensive assessment reports for panel submission.

*

Collaborate closely with agency staff to ensure a smooth assessment process.

*

Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with valid Social Work England registration.

*

Enhanced DBS

*

Extensive experience in undertaking Form F assessments.

*

Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

*

Driving License: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
