£30-38,000 per annum

(up to £5,000 commission each year)

Conveyancers are required to join a Newcastle-based well-known business permanently on a remote working basis.

As a Conveyancer / Fee Earner Conveyancer, you will ideally have a conveyancing Qualification or CILEX qualification or alternatively highly experienced in residential conveyancing.

Conveyancer Fee Earner duties include;

Providing conveyancing auction transactions through to completion with set timeframes as required
Working on a range of different transactions with varying levels of complexity including repossession, those from probate matters, and overseas investors
Managing two conveyancing assistants who will support you with your conveyancing caseload
Draft legal documents as required for both purchases and sales
Check land registry documents and title deeds for unregistered land
Providing good customer service promptly with updates both by phone and by email

As the Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will have;

Experience of a minimum of 12 months of conveyancing experience
Conveyancing qualification, CILEX, or significant experience in residential conveyancing
Experience of unregistered property and title checks on leasehold
Have experience in handling high-volume caseloads of 60+
