About the company:

A Construction & Civil Engineering contractor for clients across South London. Due to an internal promotion, they are on the lookout for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your day to day role will involve:

  • Joining a team , providing support to the Sales and Operations team
  • Acting as a point of contact for incoming enquiries, calls & emails
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Scheduling and amending appointments

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience within a similar administrative role within the construction/contractor industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • The nack to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • To be available to start within the next 2 weeks
