Mandarin speaking Retail Business Assistant (Reading) - What You'll be Doing:

• Work with the sales team closely to monitor day-to-day sales projects and figures.
• Handle all customer enquiries and queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to provide high quality customer service.
• Prepare sales & finance reports which are used by senior management at month-end and quarter-end.
• Maintaining product data and pricing.
• Organizing stock on current product listings, featured on customer websites & in store.
• Compile and provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Preparing key account 'top-up stock reports’ and completing new product set up docs.

Mandarin speaking Retail Business Assistant (Reading) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• At least Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably related working experience.
• Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles.
• Good time management skills along with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to liaise closely with team members and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Business analysis skills, have good grasp of numbers.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Approachable & friendly manner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
