The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, having successfully managed a finance team, and will be adept at supporting both the Financial Controller and Finance Director in the day-to-day operations of the department.Key Requirements:**Extensive experience as a Finance Manager within the luxury hotel industry.**Strong team management and leadership skills.**Ability to work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure smooth operations.**ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant. **Ensuring the monthly payroll is carried out with a high level of accuracy and in line with company policies and SOPs. **Ensuring all Finance Operations comply with Internal Audit policies.
