About the Role:

As the Night Duty Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the 5* standards of service that our residents expect. You will be responsible for overseeing all night-time operations, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of the residents throughout your shift. This is a vital role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service: Ensure a luxury experience for all residents, handling any queries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Oversee Night Operations: Manage the development during the night, ensuring security protocols are followed and that the building is running smoothly.
• Concierge Duties: Handle any late-night concierge requests, such as booking transportation or accepting deliveries.
• Vehicle Management: Safely move resident's vehicles as needed, ensuring secure and efficient parking (a clean driving licence is required).
• Health and Safety: Monitor CCTV, conduct building patrols, and respond swiftly to any emergencies, ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors.
• Staff Management: Oversee and support night-time concierge and security staff, ensuring they meet service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge management is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a 5-star approach to resident care.
• A clean driving license is required to move vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
