We are on the lookout for an Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is part-qualified or newly qualified and ready to dive into a fast-paced, office-based environment. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and contributing to board packs. You will be confident in your ability and a real team player to work hard and play hard. This business is growing hugely, and now is a time to come and be part of their exciting journey.

Day to day of the role:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with precision, ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including reconciliations and accruals, to ensure a smooth financial period end.
• Contribute to the preparation of board packs, providing valuable insights that will influence decision-making.
• Take a hands-on approach to financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting one another in a vibrant work atmosphere.
• Be confident to help support the Directors as required and be versatile to jump on a task during busy times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing or have recently completed an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with management accounts, month-end processes, and financial reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• UK experience and legal rights to work in the UK.
