Hours: 40 hours per week (across 5 or 4 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Plan and implement creative and age-appropriate activities that foster development and learning.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, and events to enhance professional growth.
