Care and Support Worker

Job Specifics: This role involves supporting a young man in his early 20s with his daily living. This client has epilepsy which displays as cluster/ tonic clonic seizures, severe reflux, jejunostomy feed, gastronomy feed, partially sighted, scoliosis and displays challenging behaviour in the form of self harm. He requires full care and support with all daily living tasks: medication support, personal care, mobility support, sensory needs and social interaction.

Shift pattern:

10pm-8am

7 days per week

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
