The FP&A Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis within the firm. This role will provide key insights to senior leadership, optimize financial performance, and support investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management firms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the firm's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support investment and business decisions.

Develop financial models to assess profitability, risk, and investment performance.

Collaborate with investment teams to analyze portfolio performance and capital allocation.

Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances to drive operational efficiency.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.

Support scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis for investment strategies.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to improve forecasting accuracy.

Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting skills.

Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and data visualization software.

Experience with investment performance analysis and risk assessment.
