Role: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical projects for major blue-chip clients. Projects typically range from £500k to £5million and involve direct work with the end user.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage sub-contractors and labor teams.

* Liaise with clients and attend site meetings.

* Prepare and deliver progress reports.

* Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained, including preparing and issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and conducting toolbox talks as required.

* Submit weekly health and safety returns.

* Implement project plans and schedules.

* Interpret and work with design plans and drawings.

* Conduct ongoing snagging to minimize defects and errors.

* Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage commissioning and ensure smooth project handovers.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager within the commercial sector.

* Confident managing sites with budgets from Project Manager
