Location: Stansted, Essex
Salary: 22.5- 30k + Commission (OTE: £50K - 60K)

Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the mortgage application process, offering personalized advice, and identifying the best mortgage products to meet their needs. You will build relationships with both clients and lenders, keeping up-to-date with the latest products and industry changes to ensure clients receive the best possible guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and mortgage needs.
* Product Sourcing: Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders based on clients' circumstances.
* Application Management: Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Market Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to provide clients with current information.
* Lender Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, staying up-to-date on their product offerings and application processes.
* Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the mortgage application process and after completion.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business, including potential referrals, to grow the client base.
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: Fully qualified with CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage advisory qualification.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, preferably within a brokerage or financial services environment.
* Knowledge of Mortgage Products: Familiarity with various mortgage types, including residential, buy-to-let, and remortgaging.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively to clients.
* Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
* IT Skills: Proficiency in using mortgage sourcing software, CRM systems, and basic office software.
* Sales and Negotiation Skills: Confidence in sourcing new clients and negotiating favorable terms on behalf of clients.
* Compliance Awareness: Understanding of industry regulations, including FCA guidelines.
