We are proud to be working alongside, Rockborne, part of the Harnham Group, assisting with the recruitment of an Associate Data Coach. Rockborne is looking for someone to train and teach grads the fundamentals of Data Engineering.

THE COMPANY:Rockborne is a well-funded start-up specialising in attracting, training, and deploying STEM-educated graduates to their clients. They have a fantastic leadership team consisting of experts in Data & Analytics, each having exceptional industry experience having worked for reputable consultancies/clients in senior roles. Rockborne has a fantastic 16-week training program, tailored to their clients' needs, they also offer grads the opportunity to do extra-curricular courses to get them up to speed.

THE ROLE:As an Associate Data Coach, you will be expected to have good working experience in Python, SQL, and the cloud. Ideally, you will have worked in industry across Data Engineering with a passion for tutoring/mentoring. You will be given the responsibility to work with graduates in upskilling them in the fundamentals of Data/Analytics. You will be working with clients to tailor the content for the last few sessions, to tailor to their needs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal Associate Data Coach will have:

• Strong coding skills with Python/SQL
• Experience with cloud-based techs
• Understanding of data visualisation/reporting
• Mentorship experience
