Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: April 2025
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: £31,600 - £43,607 per annum

About the Role

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering the KS1 curriculum and ensuring that pupils develop the essential skills needed to progress in their education. Your key responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that nurtures pupil confidence and achievement
Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil learning
Encouraging positive behaviour management strategies and ensuring high classroom standards

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 classroom
Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A passion for primary education and a commitment to helping young learners succeed
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on availability
