Reed accountancy are seeking an experienced and CTA qualified Tax Director to join the expanding Tax Department of a Top 55 firm in London. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to advise partners and their clients on a comprehensive range of tax matters, including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, National Insurance, Corporation Tax, Inheritance Tax, SDLT, VAT, and international issues. Our firm caters to a diverse clientele, from HNWIs and entrepreneurs to multinational companies.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert advice to partners and clients on all aspects of their taxation affairs.
- Draft tax advisory reports and contribute to newsletters and bulletins.
- Proactively identify client needs, offering innovative tax solutions.
- Assist with HMRC enquiries and represent the firm in client meetings.
- Maintain excellent technical tax knowledge and stay abreast of industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CTA qualification is essential.
- Extensive experience in a tax advisory role, covering a wide range of tax matters.
- Excellent technical tax knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise high-profile individuals and diverse business entities.
- Proven track record of proactive client service and innovative problem-solving.
