We are recruiting for an ICT Teacher to join a thriving OFSTED rated 'GOOD' Secondary School in Smethwick. This full-time position is set to begin in September and will run until January 2026 initially, with a strong possibility of extension. The Secondary School has a supportive leadership team, modern ICT facilities, and a strong reputation for fostering both student and staff development. As an ICT Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering the National Curriculum across KS3 and KS4.

Job Role:

Full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking and assessments
Teaching ICT across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
May include delivering some Computer Science lessons at KS3
Adhering to the school's behaviour policy and maintaining excellent behaviour management
Creating engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners
Monitoring student progress and reporting to SLT and parents as required
Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Experience teaching ICT in a UK Secondary School
Excellent subject knowledge and familiarity with the National Curriculum
Confident teaching both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Previous experience as an ICT Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Computer Science Teacher or ICT Educator is desirable
