Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless facility operations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of electrical work performed.What you'll need to succeed

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within an educational or institutional setting.
Knowledge of electrical regulations and safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
