Administrator

Core Duties and Responsibilities:


• Processing new business applications and liaising with providers and clients to ensure a smooth and timely service.


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client data, transactions, and correspondence on the CRM system.


• Preparing client review reports, valuations, and illustrations using various software tools and platforms.


• Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering checks, suitability reports, and risk assessments.


• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and post, and responding to client queries in a professional and courteous manner.


• Supporting the advisers with research, analysis, and product comparisons as required.

Team Support/Communication:


• It is important to work together with all the staff for the company's development and objectives.


• To carry out all reasonable requests of tasks required by the Management Team in an efficient and courteous manner.

Key Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of the Financial Planning process

Able to work within defined business processes

Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision

Attention to detail

Accuracy with data management and input

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Ability to work independently and in a team

IT skills - fully competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Education, Qualifications and Training:

Financial Planning qualifications are not essential but aspirational

The Company will cover the cost of exams/training for individuals that wish to complete their exams - internal progression available and encouraged.

• Team working: Ability to contribute as part of a team, and deal with individuals at all levels within the business.
