Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Various locations across Devon

What will you do? 

• Inherit a caseload from day one
• Manage a broad private client caseload to include: 

-          Elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and basic Court of Protection work

-          Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts)

-          If appropriate advise on complex and high net worth matters – or progress onto this

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• Private client experience 
• Ideally at least 2 or 3 years PQE+ 
• Those without a STEP qualification are encouraged to apply, as this is not essential at all – funding is available for those who want to enrol
