We're currently working with a leading main contractor to recruit a Technical Services Manager for a high-profile £15m commercial development in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TSM to play a key role in delivering a complex and fast-paced project from the ground up.

The Role:

As Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all building services (MEP) on-site, ensuring installations are coordinated, compliant, and delivered to programme. You'll work closely with the design team, subcontractors, and project management to maintain quality and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all technical services (mechanical and electrical) on the project
Coordinating with the design and delivery teams to ensure MEP integration
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals
Overseeing on-site services installation and progress reporting
Ensuring health & safety, quality assurance, and commissioning standards are met
Liaising with subcontractors and consultants to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyRequirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or similar MEP-focused role
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Background working on commercial or mixed-use developments
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
