Town Planner

Location: Chester

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Handle and prioritize your own projects.
• Client Service: Deliver high-quality work and bespoke advice.
• Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage applications; generate reports.
• Project Management: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and manage project meetings.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, Planning Officers, and other stakeholders.
• Team Support: Assist team members and share workload.
• Administration: Manage budgets, time recording, and invoicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: Ideally MRTPI qualified n.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, IT, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, with good time management.
