We’re recruiting for a top commercial fit-out firm seeking a Mechanical Site / Project Manager to lead Cat A and Cat B projects in Central London, specialising in Mechanical and Building Services. Reporting to Directors, you’ll ensure mechanically complex projects hit deadlines and quality standards.

About You

• Experience: Skilled Site / Project Manager with strong mechanical services experience in commercial fit-outs.
• Skills: Leadership, organisation, and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Expertise: Expert in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing) and Cat A/B projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical project delivery, from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Solve technical challenges and uphold safety/quality standards.
• Lead client meetings with mechanical expertise.
