About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Integration Manager to take ownership of our integration strategy, ensuring our technology ecosystem is connected, efficient, and scalable. This role isn't about front-end product management—it's all about the technical execution behind the scenes. You'll be overseeing system integrations, managing relationships with suppliers, and leading a small team to ensure we're getting the most out of our existing products while also exploring new solutions (like potential replacements for SSIS integrations).

Your leadership will help drive efficiency, optimize our use of technology, and support a shift towards more strategic oversight by transitioning certain technical tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

As the go-to person for system integrations, you'll lead the technical strategy, ensuring that different platforms and tools work together seamlessly. You'll manage technical backlogs, oversee vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our integrations align with business needs. While you won't be hands-on coding, your technical expertise will guide decisions and drive efficiencies across the IT landscape.

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience in system integrations—you know how to connect different technologies effectively.

* A strategic mindset, with the ability to oversee integrations and optimize existing platforms.

* Experience managing teams and technical backlogs, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables are met.

* A solid understanding of integration technologies (EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols like API, SOAP, FTP, and AS2.

* The ability to build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure we get the most from our external partners.

Bonus Points if You Have:

* Experience with API management, middleware solutions, or automation tools.

* Knowledge of Agile methodologies, IT governance, compliance, or DevOps in integration environments.
