We're looking for a skilled Commercial Laundry Service Engineer to provide high-quality maintenance, repair, and servicing of laundry equipment for clients in various sectors, including laundrettes, care homes, and hotels. Job Title: Commercial Laundry Service Engineer
Location: Fully field-based across Yorkshire, Lancashire, and the Midlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with some weekend and bank holiday work as required. Overtime available if necessary.
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
Benefits:
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Welcome bonus of £1,500 upon successful probation completion
* Monthly performance bonus (typically £100-£300)

Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine service, maintenance, and repairs of commercial laundry equipment.
* Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
* Serve as the face of the company in the field, maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring high levels of service.
* Collaborate effectively with the office team for scheduling, updates, and client communications.
* Uphold company standards by completing work safely and in line with established procedures.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Engineer (Commercial Laundry Appliances), ideally within a service, repair, or maintenance role.
* Gas Safe certification and a valid UK driver's license.
* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and office teams effectively.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote, field-based environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* A willingness to engage in in-house training to further enhance skills.
