Change Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a highly reputable business in Edinburgh. This business is seeking to recruit an immediately available temporary Accounts assistant to support them through a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities - Completing regular monthly bookkeeping tasks
- Processing invoices, responding to queries and chasing receivables
- Reconciling payments
- Sales invoicing
- Liaising with external accountants on a variety of tasks (eg. payroll, VAT returns)
- Setting up weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliation
Requirements
- Experience of working in a busy finance team
- Competent in the use of accounts software Sage
- Excellent day to day use of the Microsoft suite (eg, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
