Finance Assistant - Doncaster (Permanent)

Adept Resourcing are currently working with a new client based in the Doncaster area who are looking to expand their finance team with a finance assistant on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working within a team of 4 and will be providing first hand transactional finance support.

Role and Responsibility of a Finance Assistant:

• Purchasing invoicing and purchase ordering
• Assisting with credit control duties
• Monthly sales invoicing
• Support the Group Finance Director and accounts team.
• Progression to take on 2 of the company’s management accounts
• Timesheet reconciliation
• Assisting with payroll duties

The ideal candidate:

• Must be happy to possible attend other sites to assist general managers
• Must have payroll experience
• Must be level 3 AAT qualified
• Must have experience using SAGE

This role is a permanent opportunity direct through the company following a successful interview stage. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-17:00pm. The annual salary is £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
