Position: Senior Operations Manager

Location: within a commutable location to Stevenage

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £60,000 to £70,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager within the HVAC industry for a full time, permanent position.

The position has become available due to company growth, as the company is going from strength to strength within the service and maintenance industry.

The company has a strong presence within the HVAC industry with a current turnover of £5 million, with the growth plans of the next couple of years having a turnover of £10 million.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background in the HVAC industry as an Operations Manager. They need to have a passionate approach to supporting everyone within the business as well as to grow with the company

This Senior Operations Manager needs to have come from an Air Conditioning Business in which they have contributed to the growth. We need someone that has worked with businesses that are bringing in large service and maintenance contracts with a substantial turn over

This position may have the potential to move into a Directorship level in the future

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the HVAC Industry
• Worked as an Operations Manager or a Senior Operations Manager
• Very passionate about the industry and growing with a company
• Full Uk driving licence
• Excellent man managers
• Must has a service and maintenance background
• It is essential that this person air conditioning knowledge
