About Doorsan Ltd

Our client Doorsan are a UK based, high-end wooden door producer working on stunning residential interior projects nationwide and acting as the sole distribution base for their manufacturing facility in Portugal.

Doorsan are looking for an excellent individual to join their small Customer Services team, as they continue to grow. You will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining business relationships with trade clients, including high-end property developers, architects, interior designers, and construction companies. You will be responsible for obtaining details about each project, deciphering the details, preparing quotations using our in-house systems, and presenting either by phone, email or in person.

This role could be part time or full time as Doorsan has some flexibility to accommodate within the existing team. There will be the need to attend Company premises in Allerton Bywater regularly but with the scope for some remote working also.

We are seeking applicants with:

● Previous experience in a similar role;

● Excellent phone manner and exceptional communication skills

● A natural ability to engage in communication via email in a friendly, yet professional manner

● An ability to take down details accurately and a willingness to learn construction schedules/plans

● Good computer skills including the use of the companies online-based Pipedrive CRM systems, Xero accounting and Google G-suite.

● Experience of dealing with customers who demand a high level of 5 star type of service

● Experience of working closely with customers and following procedures with good manners and sales practices;

● Experience in the design or construction industry with an understanding of the door or architectural terminology and the ability to read plans, schedules or bill of quantities would be advantageous;

● It is essential that you are conscientious, able to visualise practical solutions suited to each project and capable of accurate recording the client's request and talking over solutions with them.

● You must be good with numbers and able to manage and schedule your own appointments with clients.

● Eager to help develop a growing business

* A language such as Portuguese, Polish or Czech would be an advantage.

Ideally you will have a valid driving license and the ability for occasional travel to meet with design clients and carry out construction site visits.
