ASD Lecturer located at a college with Southwark location.

Job Role: ASD Lecturer

Salary: M1-UPS3

Location: Southwark

We are currently looking for a Lecturer who is able to establish, develop and uphold an outstanding educational environment for students with ASD, alongside building a support system within education for the pupils.

Qualifications/ experience required:

* QTS essential.

* Qualification within ASD (desirable).

* Minimum of 3 years previous experience working within SEN colleges.

Job Overview

We require a full-time, experienced ASD lecturer to deliver a curriculum, based on the following four educational points, whilst assisting them with their individual adult pathways:

* Good Health.

* Independent Living.

* Employment and friendships.

* Relationships and the community.

In addition to teaching students at the college location, majority of the learning will be delivered in a range of community-based settings and locations. The students enrolled to the college are between the ages of 16 to 25.

Knowledge of PSB/HSB and experience of behaviours of concern are required.

Expectations to complete assigned schemes of work, session plans, monitor progress against set targets, assigned to meet individual needs.
