We are recruiting for a personable Team Assistant/PA to support a dynamic Director and a small team of agents. This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous PA experience to become part of a great team in a busy office where no two days are the same.Duties will include; - PA support to Director- Diary and email management - Coordinating travel arrangements - Providing support to a team of agents - Answering incoming calls and transferring to team members - Creating and maintaining property files - Drafting sales memorandums and letters - Land Registry and Company searches as and when required - General property administration If you have 2-3 years in a similar role as a Team Assistant or PA and possess strong IT skills, then this may be the role for you! Experience within the Property/Real Estate sectors are desirable however are not essential. Please note that this is a fully office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
