The Role
As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
✔ Leading and mentoring a small team of electrical engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
✔ Optimising electrical systems across our manufacturing site to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
✔ Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance automation and energy efficiency.
✔ Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
✔ Collaborating with other departments to support production and maintenance strategies.
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation within manufacturing.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
✅ A relevant electrical engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
