Your Role:

As a Senior/Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will scope, design, and oversee the implementation of electrical HV/LV systems for renewable energy projects, including solar PV and battery energy storage systems. From concept design to handover, you'll collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of HV/LV connections for PV plants
Provide technical support from project initiation through commissioning
Conduct site surveys and installation quality checks
Collaborate with engineers across various teams and disciplines

What We're Looking For:

5+ years' experience in HV/LV distribution power systems, preferably in renewable energy
Strong knowledge of UK grid connection standards (G99, G100)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and cable sizing software
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Additional Skills:

Experience with solar PV systems and battery energy storage systems
Knowledge of British Standards, electrical design, and control systems
