This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team of engineers who design, manufacture, and optimise advanced driving simulators that support high-performance engineering for automotive and motorsport customers.

About the Role

We are looking for multiple Simulation Development Engineers to support the development and optimisation of simulation systems. Key responsibilities include:

* Building and running full-system simulations to evaluate design options and trade-offs.

* Developing and deploying control software for Hardware-in-the-Loop systems.

* Integrating and testing new concepts and developments on simulators.

* Enhancing simulator realism and usability, including integration with third-party hardware and software.

* Running simulators, tuning performance, and supporting driver test sessions.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* A background in fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

* Confidence in applying the fundamentals of physics and mathematics.

* A methodical and determined approach to problem-solving.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss and collaborate on technical concepts in a team environment.

* An interest in, or exposure to, functional programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or R.
