Management AccountantSheffield£38,000 to £42,000Contract, 12 months

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are working with a Sheffield based client looking to add a Management Accountant to their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Responsibilities of Management Accountant:

• Production of monthly projects spend reports
• Monthly forecasts on projects
• Ensure the capital expenditure policy and finance regulations are adhered to
• Updating asset register, depreciation calculations, reconciling of the fixed asset register with the general ledger
• Submit grant returns
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaise with finance colleagues and people from other departments.

To apply for Management Accounts:

• Ideally part qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA or ACCA)
• Experience in a similar finance role
• Experience within fixed assets and capital projects would be advantageous
• Strong Excel skills required (VLookups, Pivotables and IF statements are essential)
• Full right to work in the UK
