Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client's Paint Department in South Woodham Ferrers. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with the basics of production while learning and developing skills in product painting. You will be working as part of a dynamic team in a hands-on role, with a clear path for progression and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the general production process
Learning and supporting the painting of products
Following health and safety procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assisting with the preparation and finishing of products
Qualifications:

Previous experince in manufacturing/production
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work as part of a team
