Regional Manager's Thoughts

Dan, Regional Manager for the Southeast Division, is keen to build on the great work undertaken by the departing Operator and take the business on to the next level. There is a clear scope to drive sales and with some creative planning the chance to attract new customer demographics to the Pub. There is no reason why the Metropolitan Tavern cannot become the best sport-viewing, 'live' music, and student-friendly venue in all of Uxbridge!

Surrounding Area

The Pub is centrally located with plenty of passing footfall throughout the day. Uxbridge tube station is only 200 yards away which allows the business to pick up some commuter trade also. Great public transport links into central London with Brunel University, home to some 10,000+ students, just a mile away
