Job Title: Band 6 Staff Nurse - HMP Dovegate

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for 3 Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join the team at HMP Dovegate for an 8-week assignment. The role focuses on Early Days in Custody, assessing new inmates for mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for men entering custody, identifying any mental health concerns.

Perform risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing, without managing caseloads or delivering interventions.

*

Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, providing critical support to the prison healthcare system.

Position Details:

* Location: HMP Dovegate, Uttoxeter

* Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00

* Contract Duration: 8 weeks

* Rate: £30.00 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Band 6 RMN with experience working in custody settings

* Exceptional assessment and risk management skills

* Prison clearance
