Your base of work will be in Quedgeley but travel to our other patch offices in Winchester and Wiltshire will be required from time to time.
A full driving License and use of your own car is essential for this role.
Main duties:
Provide general administrative support to the Area Manager, Area Management team and our other patch offices
Co-ordinate agendas and take notes at meetings as required
Provide a welcoming reception service for the Area Office and coordinate the ordering of office supplies
Support effective financial administration for the area in respect of administration budgets
Prepare presentations and reports, including slides, charts and graphs as required
You will:
Have good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
