We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a up and coming company within the interiors sector. They are an interior fit out and drywall industry who have over 10 years of experince in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in drywall or sub-contracting to join a dynamic and growing team, working on a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for tenders.

* Oversee the procurement process, including issuing contracts and managing sub-contractor agreements.

* Monitor project progress, assess changes, and ensure that financial records are maintained.

* Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and health & safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in drywall or sub-contracting.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, costing, and contract management.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
