We're recruiting for a Technical Operations Lead to ensure best practice / processes are being followed and all products are produced to the level of quality required whilst striving for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ideally have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.

Salary: £14.70 per hour / c £28,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6.00am - 4.00pm

This role is centered around ensuring quality is delivered through every stage of the manufacturing process. The key responsibilities include:

* Problem solving, 8D reports, Fishbone, 5whys etc.

* Internal process audits.

* Hands on approach to quality checks and preventative measures.

* Lead role in sustainability and waste reduction.

* Studying KPI Charts to stop defect trends.

* Set and maintain quality standards throughout production.

* Manage & report on non-conformance reports.

* Incoming Goods inspections.

* Support in operator training/development and performance improvement plans.
