Role Overview:

We primarily work on larger VRV/VRF systems, with a few single and multi-split systems. Our projects are mostly based in the South East and London areas, though the scope of work may vary throughout the year.

Employment Structure:
While most of our installers are self-employed and paid monthly, we also offer flexible payment options and the opportunity for price work. We aim to find the best arrangement that suits you.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with or take the lead on Air Conditioning installation projects, primarily focusing on VRV/VRF systems.

* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

* Maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Required Experience:

* Proven experience in air conditioning engineering or a related field, with a focus on larger VRV/VRF systems.

* Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to travel within the South East and London area.
