Randstad CPE is working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for an experienced FM Account Manager to join their technical services team on a permanent basis based in the Edinburgh.

As the Account Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

Duties

Ensure all contractual KPIs are delivered on a monthly basis
To provide line management to Contracts Managers in Scotland
Manage P&L
Write monthly performance reports
Deliver minor works, installation works and PPMs
Must have 3 years previous experience as a Contracts/ Accounts Manager within the FM marketInterviews are being held immediately.

You must have a proven record with at least 3 years management experience.
