Our client, a renowned force in the Domiciliary Care Market, has cemented their position as a market leader with several strategic acquisitions across the North of the UK in 2023. They're now on the lookout for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Halifax branch.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will:

* Lead and Inspire: Manage a thriving branch, overseeing 1500+ hours of care each week with a full, dedicated team.

* Drive Excellence: Ensure exceptional service standards while upholding CQC regulations and company policies.

* Build Connections: Develop strong relationships with health and social care professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers to uncover new business opportunities.

* Foster Growth: Play a key role in mentoring and expanding your team, paving the way for future senior management roles.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who:

* Has previous experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare/Domiciliary Care.

* Has managed 1000+ hours of care weekly.

* Holds an RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

* Possesses strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills.

* Holds a valid UK driving licence.
