Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: CalneSalary: £25,000 - £28,000

My client is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their growing team. The role combines marketing, office management, and Personal Assistant (PA) responsibilities to support sales activities and ensure smooth office operations. You will work closely with the Founders and Managing Director to optimise the website, manage affiliates, organise events, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimising the website to improve conversions and troubleshooting issues
• Administering affiliate programs and contributing to strategic growth plans
• Drafting mailouts, managing mailing lists, and reporting on activities
• Supporting the sales team to achieve targets
• Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email
• Handling office administration, including ordering supplies and taking meter readings
• Assisting the Founders and Managing Director with diary management, booking flights, arranging visas, and scheduling appointments
• Researching and building relationships with suppliers
• Promoting a positive and harmonious team environment

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of marketing or sales experience
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and interested in health and the microbiome
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ambition to grow
