By teaming up with our People Experience & Engagement Manager, you will be joining the journey to transform the employee experience from the very beginning, where we Attract, Welcome & Onboard, through to Engage, Recognise, Develop & Manage and finally where we say Farewell & Good Luck!
All of which will support driving engagement and increasing retention, productivity and innovation, whilst linking nicely to the Copart Vision of 'Providing an unmatched experience, every day and everywhere. Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the development and enhancement of the employee experience across all stages of the employee life cycle: Attract, Welcome & Onboard, Engage, Recognise, Develop & Manage, and Farewell.
- Assisting in the creation and promotion of tools, guides, documents and other content that enhances employee well-being, fulfilment and engagement.
- Supporting with the implementation of initiatives and partnerships that drive engagement and improve retention, productivity and innovation e.g. new benefit providers
- Creating and managing an engagement calendar of events and awareness days.
- Collecting, interpreting and presenting employee feedback (e.g., from surveys, focus groups, pulse surveys, teammate voice forum) to drive decisions and continuously improve engagement strategies.
- Supporting with the facilitation of the Teammate Voice Forum and employee listening initiatives.
- Maintenance of our benefits platform, ensuring it is kept up-to-date, relevant and exciting for our employees.
- Supporting in writing the weekly people team blogs and other communications.
- Managing the administration of reward programmes, benefits and ensuring that all required records are kept up to date across all platforms.
What we need from you:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people and culture.

- An adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- An innovative mindset with a positive can-do attitude and eagerness to drive results.
- Effective planning and organisation skills to assist with project work and implementing initiatives
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Experience in an HR or people-related role and familiarity with employee engagement and HR best practices would be an advantage, although not essential
