Tate are working with a local authority in their search for an Administrator to join their Reablement Care Team on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with internal and external stakes holders via email and telephone.
Processing of referrals.
Submitting referrals to external providers.
Creation of referrals to Social Work teams.
Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Updating electronic Service User records.
Handling of sensitive data.
