• Middlesbrough centre (no parking)
• Part time, 12 month fixed term contract
• Monday - Friday, 10AM - 2:15PM
• Fully office based for first 3 months then hybrid available
• You need to have been a resident in the UK for 3+ years for a criminal records and credit reference checks

As the Part Time Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

• Handle a volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to meet their requirements.
• Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in a centralised database.
• Always deliver first-class customer service, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following related skills / experience:

• Previous experience in contact centre advantageous
• Must have the right to work in the UK and have no CCJ's that have defaulted
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
