My client based in Newton Aycliffe is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team on a temp to perm basis

Due to the nature of the role and the needs of the business, the suitable applicant should have some previous supervisor/team leader experience in a warehouse environment

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a small team of existing operatives
• Adopting a hands on approach to the role including manual labour
• Reporting issues to senior management
• Driving Counterbalance and Reach trucks on a daily basis (licences must be valid)
• Ensuring a smooth logistics process between orders and delivery
• Tracking deliveries and following up with any queries
• Inventory management in a busy warehouse environment
• To have a full UK driving licence (you will need to be over 25 with no more than 6 points on your licence)
• To have a good understanding of health and safety

Rate: £14 - £14.50ph

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
